Lacquer is Raquel Torre's solo project. Since her LP was released in 2020 she has relentlessly continued to put new music out there and play shows with big names such as Boy Harsher or Tempers. Her music, often dreamy, reflects her taste for synth sounds, catchy pop and sad melodies.

NYLON CLUB:
Nylon club is manic, synthetic and danceable post punk/new wave with catchy melodies that intertwine with frantic guitars. In the style of classic rowdy Punk music, the duo subverts old tropes with euphonious pop nuance. Valentina Alexander’s melodic vocal delivery and Drake Elliott’s defiant, wirey guitar riffs are interlaced with catchy synth leads.
