8MM Live presents a night of psychedelic guitar transmissions and post ibiza ambient stoner pop with Bhajan Bhoy and Gorgette LIVE.

Ajay Saggar is BHAJAN BHOY. Since his debut album was released in June 2020 (“Bless Bless”), Saggar has received an outpouring of critical acclaim for his recorded output and live shows. On Friday 10 March 2023, Bhajan Bhoy will release TWO separate albums on the same day. Bhajan Bhoy’s third and fourth albums are being co-released by two highly respected independent labels—Cardinal Fuzz (UK) and Feeding Tube (USA).
Within Bhajan Bhoy's kaleidoscopic sonic universe, you will find raga-esque excursions, meditative Dream House drone, Laurel Canyon-recalling folk, electronic soundscapes and heavy guitar riffola (sometimes two chords are enough!). This is the sound of freedom! Imagine Pandit Pran Nath, Spacemen 3, Pauline Oliveros and Don Cherry drinking psilocybin tea and letting loose in a studio.

Gorgette is a stoner pop band founded by Cheeky Chacha in 2019 with the will to blur all his past influences into pop music. He has been playing in bands since the early 2000's, starting in the punk metal scene in his home town, Reims, France. He moved to Berlin in 2014 where he started to be active as a dance music producer under the name of Tetron, and as a guitar player in Slow Steve and Tendre Biche. The first EP "Avenue du Soleil" was released in 2020 by Fantasy Fiction records. CEO Cosmic Palms described it as a modern French Pop odyssey shimmering in digital synths, dreamy guitars, and lush vocals. The 2nd EP "La vie après la vie" will be released in 2023. The current line-up is Cheeky Chacha (guitar, vocals), Madlen Wittenstein (keyboard, vocals), Dino Gollnick (bass), and Roland SP404 (drums). Beware, some listeners reported having experienced levitation while listening to Gorgette!)
